That’s why I created The Aligned Wholeness Method - A self - paced wellness framework that meets you where you are, help you reconnect with your body, and guides you into a more authentic, sustainable way of living.

Rooted in experience - With over 25 years as a deep tissue massage therapist, mindfulness coach, and wellness educator, I’ve seen and lived through firsthand how layered and complex true healing can be.

Flexible and self - paced - This is NOT a 30 - day fix. You get access to every module and can go at your own rhythm, revisiting and repeating sections as needed.

Whole- person focus - Most programs treat one area. This one integrates them all - for results that feel aligned and lasting.

I created the Aligned Wholeness Method because I saw too many women (myself included) putting themselves last, burning out, and wondering why they felt so disconnected.
